FAQ
You can pay us by cash, check, credit or debit card, PayPal/Venmo, the list goes on! You’ll receive an invoice at the end of your service, due upon receipt.
Printers are the absolute worst, but we don’t discriminate. If you just bought one and can’t figure out how to set it up, we can provide onsite assistance. If you think you’ve got it under control, but just need a teeny bit of help setting it up, we can help you remotely.
We CAN. For PCs, we can help you backup your old data and migrate it to your new computer. We are by no means Mac experts, so for a Mac, we’d prefer that you backup what you need from your old computer first, and then we’re happy to help with the migration. Read about the rest of our services here.
Yes, each remote support session will require you to download a tiny piece of software called Splashtop. It only remains on your computer for that one session. You will have to re-download the software for each remote session – this is for your security.
